Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing
strategy to drive patient acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
across all supported practices. - Align marketing initiatives with organizational growth goals,
including de novos, acquisitions, and expansion into new
markets. - Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring consistency,
efficiency, and brand alignment. - Lead and support a team of Regional Marketing Managers
responsible for local market execution across multiple states. - Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success
across all marketing initiatives. - Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all
markets and touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 8-12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 in a leadership
role. Experience overseeing marketing for a multi-unit entity and
leading a multi-specialty team. - Google Suite
- Dental, healthcare or multi-unit experience.(Preferred)
