The Patient Services Director will be responsible for the ongoing development of a high-functioning call center team accountable for maximizing patient scheduling and contributing to overall company performance. This role will lead and manage the execution of answering calls and written interactions, quality scoring, ACD system management, team member scheduling and attendance, training and development, departmental budget compliance, hiring and progressive discipline, and communication with the leadership of the organization. Leads and manages supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Patient Services leaders to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Produce and maintain department measurements and evaluation reports as instructed.
- Work with Patient Services leaders to establish and maintain expectations of exceptional patient experiences, balancing service levels and costs.
- Coach, develop, educate and document the success of PS leaders and team members in the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of customer/patient service experience
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Google Suites or equivalent
