Responsibilities


  • Assists the Doctor and Practice Manager to ensure that procedures and practices to provide quality care are upheld by the clinical team, and maintains a safe and efficient schedule.

  • Oversees and approves all clinical supplies and inventory to make sure the office is fully stocked with what is needed to operate on a daily basis, and stays within set budget expectations.

  • Places and finishes permanent restorations, completes preliminary impressions; provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access; suctioning; and passing instruments. Any other duties as needed.

  • Leads the clinical team in actions by promoting best practices in patient care.

Qualifications


  • Have your high school diploma or equivalent

  • Dental Assisting License or equivalent

  • CPR, X-ray Certification

  • One year of Dental clinical experience
